To pursue agriculture, the maximum rank for general category is close to 3000. Even if you have farmers quota, still the number of seats reserved under that category is extremely limited and hence it is less likely that you will get a government Institute to study agriculture.

You definitely have great chances of being part of good private institutes though. If best private colleges are out of reach you can try for Management Quota. This is the option for you to go forward.
