Based on your rank it is little bit difficult to get into government Universities as there will be a tough competition for government Universities like au,svu ,jntuk,jntua
But you have chances to get into those Colleges as cutoffs tend to change every year based on various factors
So fill the application based on your preference irrespective of cutoffs
