Because board exams weightage is removed from this year so we can't say something sure..I can relate you from a fact--my jee mains mark was 203 but there was a lot of difference between my rank and one of the rank openers(around 160) because of board weightage …but still if I guess ,I think you should try for more than more then 200 marks
..I suggest you not to think about marks required for admission in PEC ,think about proper strategy for study..
So getting the admission you want is a bit tough.

Sorry, but 63k Rank is not sufficient to get admission in pec or nit kurukshetra for CSE branch .
As I am also in nit kurukshetra; you need to secure rank under 5-6 thousand for CSE ( vary depending upon the other students and exact situation) from home state qouta.
And for pec you need to secure Rank under 8-9 thousand .
You shall get civil and production in nit kurukshetra and civil in pec .
