Which category do you belong to?
JEE mains 2020 qualifying CUT OFF is given below for different categories:-
* General :- 90.3765335 percentile
* GEN-EWS :- 70.2435518 percentile
* Other Backward Classes (OBC-NCL) :-72.8887969
* Scheduled Caste (SC) :- 50.1760245 percentile
* Scheduled Tribe (ST):- 39.0696101 percentile
* PwD :- 0.0618524 percentile
So, with percentile 63 percentile you are eligible for JEE advanced examination only if you belong to SC ST or PWD category, if you belong to general or OBC or ews category then you are not eligible for JEE advanced examination
