Hello,

as per the details you have provided you can join for Jabalpur Engineering college. For Jaipur you must be a resident of that state else you won't get an admission.

So it will be better to go for Jabalpur. The college is good and has good ratings too. With your categorical rank you can get any branch you are interested.
