Hiii Saurav,
As we all know this EWS(Economically Weaker Section) category is newly implemented this year along with other categories such as General, OBC(Other Backward Castes), SC/ST(Scheduled Castes/ Scheduled Tribes), PWD(Person With Disability) etc, it is difficult to make a prediction of the exact rank to qualify the jee mains paper 1 examination. We can just make an approximation by calculating certain factors associated with it.
As per your percentile that is 64, your All India Rank will be somewhere near 3,00,000 (3 Lakhs). According to the trends, approximately the top 2,25,000( 2 Lakhs and twenty-five thousands) students make it for the JEE Advanced exam after qualifying the Jee Mains paper for admissions into various IIT's. As we know that only 10% reservation is given for EWS category, I think it is not possible for you to make it for JEE Advanced with 64 percentile.
But the best part is this year you are provided with two chances to appear in JEE Mains examination. You still have one more chance to qualify JEE Mains and become eligible to appear for JEE Advanced. I would suggest you work hard for the second attempt in JEE Mains which is in April. You have enough time to improve your percentile from 64 to 75 at least which will, in turn, assure your chances to qualify JEE Mains and become eligible to sit for JEE Advanced.
I hope I have answered your query. For any information feel free to contact anytime.
Thank You.
