Hi, Aakash
The admissions into any bds and bams colleges are always based on neet marks
The cutoff for all these colleges is always based on different factors like category, difficulty of the paper, no of the students have written and so on.
There are three types of colleges
Government
Semi government
Private
To get into even the private colleges, the cutoff marks is 300 for general and 290 for obc and 250 for sc and st
So, with your 64 percentile, it is not possible for you to get into any government or private college through merit
But you can join the private colleges and deemed universities through donation or management quota where fees will be high
