I got 64000 rank in eamcet iam having ncc A and B certificates and iam also having reservation with farmer quota can I get agbs seat

Yes as you are having ncc certifications you may have opportunity to get into the colleges to pursue agricultural bsc but it depends on the colleges you prefer to either government or private. So proceed forward with the counselling process.
