i got 641 marks in neet 2020. 484 rank in EWS category and 5583 all india rank. shall i elligible for aiims jodhpur.

I am sorry to say that with All India Rank 5583 and EWS rank 484 in NEET 2020, you will not get AIIMS Jodhpur based on previous years cutoff.
Even with EWS Reservation benefit, your All india Rank should be less than 1000 All india Rank to get AIIMS Jodhpur. But don;t worry, you will get government medical colleges in Rajasthan and some other states.
