The seats given via JEE score are known as B-Category seats. There around 10-15% of seats only reserved. Generally the cut offs here depend on the factors such as difficulty  of paper, comparing the scores of candidates applied. Hence it is heighly unpredictable. However the general trends are given below.

CBIT has cut offs that are not in favor i.e around 7000 in general.

MGIT has cut off around 10,000 in general for both branches required.

Vasavi has got higher demand and it's ranks are lower too i.e around 9000.

KMIT located in middle of the city has the cut off trends around 13,000.

Hence you need to keep an detailed view about the updates from all cilleges and the cut offs they declare depending on the candidates merit.
