See this is the percentile of your JEE main 2019 exam.The final percentile that will be announced by NTA will be the best of two percentile in April,2019.So whether you are qualified or not can be decided only after the final results.So you must wait till then.

The cut-off will be announced in April for jee advance, so you have to wait till april to know the cutoff for JEE Advance because it will depend upon the number of students appearing in April too.
You can use the formulae given below to claculate your rank -
Rank Formula = (100 - your total score) X 874469 /100.
874469 are the number of candidates appeared for JEE mains 2019 January attempt.
