i got 646 composite score in mat dec2019.. but my graduation marks are not good. In which colleges i should apply to get a better ROI?

Your composite score in mat is good, if your graduation marks are not good don't worry because if you are writing MAT, the colleges will consider your MAT score and not your graduation marks.
