Congratulations
If I consider the previous year data.then your chances of getting admission in univeraity college of medical science and vmmc are good.
The cutoff changes almost every year,so not much can be predicted .cutoff depends on the difficulty level of the paper and the number of students who appeared for the entrance exam.

In 2018, under All India Quota, the cut off for both the colleges have been as follows:
UCMS: 645
VMCC: 652
With 649 and going by previous cut offs, it is a close call for UCMS and you are little short for VMCC. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats availble, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
