i got 65% in chemistry honours but 58% in graduation overall including subsidiary and honours paper...so my question is that am i elegible for government exam whose eligibility criteria is more than 60% in graduation...

If the eligibility criteria states that the minimum required score is 60%, then it means that the end result should be 60% or the aggregate score of all the semesters should be 60%.
So, if you have completed your graduation with 58%, then most probably you are not eligible . But still, relaxation of 5-10% is given to backward categories, so if you belong to ST/SC/OBC then, you may stand a chance.
