BCOM Honours is a very efficient course in itself for those who want to learn more about commerce Department and polish their domain.
There is a college named GOENKA COLLEGE OF COMMERCE AND BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION in Kolkata who offers this course. It is highly reputed college since years and offer the good faculty and quality of education. But it more likely offer BCOM programme course.
Another college i would like to suggest is KINGSTON EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTE also mainly located in kolkata. This college has good quality of campus lifestyle and offer good quality of specific BCOM honours. Its total fees charged is Rs75K.

Also, there is ADAMAS UNIVERSITY in Barasat, Kolkata. It also offer the same course you want to pursue. It is a 3-year course charging total fees of Rs.2.84 Lakhs. It is basically a private university and offer good quality of placement too. You can go for it without hesitation.
