YOUR PERCENTILE IS QUITE LOW BUT MARKS ARE NOT BAD . IF YOU HAVE GOT ANY STATE QUOTA OR SC/ST/OBC QUOTA THEN YOU MIGHT GET ADMISSION THE CHANCES ARE MINIMAL BUT NOT ZERO YOU CAN TRY FOR CTAE COLLEGE BUT DONT GET RELIED OVER IT. TRY FOR OTHER COLLEGES TOO.

With 65 percentile in jee main you cannot get admission in ctae college through general quota as per previous year cutoff marks. You can try writing other state entrance exams and get admission in that respective college. You can also get admission in ctae college if you have scored good percentage in 12th boards but with your jee main percentile it is not possible to get admission. Lastly you can try for management or vacany quota if available.
