You can get NITs if you are from North Eastern States and Home State Quota is applicable for you like NIT Mizoram ,NIT Sikkim , NIT Agartala etc. but you will get lower branches.

But it's very difficult for you get NITs, IIITs or any GFTIs if you are from general rank and with outside state quota. You can try out private collages in your area or colleges like University of Technology Jaipur, Visvesvaraya College of Engg. and Technology.
