Yes you will get opportunity in it other than CSE I think many of University students prefer for CSE. Go check make sure first option should be Sri Venkateswara University.so that you will get.

Your EAMCET rank is good enough to get admission in good reputated Colleges. Sri Venkateswara University offers BE Course in various Specialisations. For CSE there is a huge Competition. As you are from Open category you won't get seat in SVU in CSE stream. You may get other minute Branches like chemical and others.
