I got 658 rank in UR Catgy Jipmer 2019. Did not attend the first counselling. Whether further counselling & mop up round can be attended?

Dear Aspirant
You are not eligible for subsequent rounds till round-3(if any) as your chance for admission has been forfeit due to your absence for round-1.
But you can attend the final counseling (if any) as all candidates who are eligible by the merit list can attend this final counseling irrespective of their previous attendance.
