Hello,
I am sorry to say that 66 marks out of 360 in JEE Mains in Open category and a Common Rank List rank of 144278 cannot fetch you a seat in IITs, NITs and other GFTIs. But it can fetch you a seat in good private and other colleges.

Being in general category its not possible to a NIT AUR IIIT college as well as govt.but you can get a good private college .
Sonmy advice is to take addmisision in private college.
Any private college of your state,but good.
