I got 66 marks when I matched with answer key,but when I checked my result . there was only 56 percentile .how ????

The final result depends upon many other favfact like highest score obtained by the students, difficulty level of the exam, average marks obtained in the exam etc. That's why you'll witness variations in your calculated marks and rank and your actual marks and rank.
