The cutoff of last year for qualifying for jee advanced were as follows-
Common Rank List-89.7548849
Gen EWS-78.2174869
OBC NCL-74.3166557
SC-54.0128155
ST-44.3345172
PWD-0.11371730
Now since you belong to SC category , you should be able to qualify for jee advanced via SC category.
But even being in SC category you might not be able to secure a seat in NIT'S or IIIT'S because 66 percentile is a little less than required for securing admission in NIT's.

Dear aspirant, the previous year cut off in SC category for clearing JEE MAIN examination was 54 percentile. The cutoff for SC category to get iiits and nits is about category rank within 9k to max. of 10k.
With your percentile score you are not expected to be in the top 10k students of your respective category. So your chances of getting NITs are less. Prepare well for your April attempt and score good percentile.
Thank you hope this helps you!
