As per the eligibility criteria of AIIMS with regards to minimum marks required in 10+2 is, both General and OBC category candidates must get at least 60% in aggregate in subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English (PCBE). As you have got 66.4% which is above the minimum eligibility criteria, you will be eligible to appear for AIIMS 2020.

• Candidate must have 17 years of age
• You must be the citizen of India
• You must have passed 12th examinations with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English with minimum 60% aggregate marks (50% for SC/ST/PH and Foreign Nationals)

So, you are perfectly eligible for AIIMS 2020

You can apply for AIIMS through online mode on the official website, the mode of examination is online (computer-based test).
