CHANCES ARE LESS IF YOU BELONG TO OPEN CATEGORY BUT THERE IS SOME CHANCES TO GET ABOVE COLLEGES BUT U WILL GET LOWER BRANCHES LIKE BIOMEDICAL.IF U WANT CORE BRANCHES THEN TRY FOR OTHER COLLEGES

As you have 63 marks in MHT-CET, you can get

1. JSPM

2. Modern

3. Singhgad

JSPM will be better to choose as they many colleges.
