The cut off depends on factors like number of seats available, difficulty level of the exam, number of applicants for the seat, previous cutoff trend and your category. Since you have not mentioned your category , assuming that your belong to general category your must be around 10819 based on you total merit score of 56.07 (EAMCET score 75%+ IPE score 25%). Based on 2019 cutoff the home state closing rank for CSE in this college for was 13016 . Hence, if you are a general candidate and from home state you can expect the seat. If you have reservation , then it is easier . But if you are an other state candidate then it is difficult to say for sure.
