i got 67,000 rank in EMCET ,can i get seat in IT or ECE in vr sidhartha clg?

Since you had not mentioned your category I will provide you the cutoff for general category students.
for 2019, the cutoff for ECE for general category students was 69200.
For IT it was 15000 for the same year.
as you can see you have very bleak chances of getting it branch but you may get ECE branch.
