as per your categorical rank, yes you can get into TOP NIT campus. You can try for campus like :-

1. trichy
2. warangal
3. rourkela
4. kharagpur
5. delhi
6. bombay

for branch options, you can try for CSE or ECE. you will get it based on your rank. You may not get for Delhi, bombay, hyderabad campus but cutoff may vary for current year. so there will be no issue if you apply for them.
