I got 679 rank in TS-ICET.Iam from AP Bc-B male .can I get seat in OU or JNTUH or CBIT or vasavi or gokaraju for MCA course ?

YES you have fair chances based on rank and category for MCA in JNTU H , OU,CBIT, VASAVI COLLEGE OF ENGINNERRING, AND GOKARAJU as well
But sugestion would be to choice OU , JNTU H in first prefrence and then the rest colleges
