The selection of stream should ne totally upon you. It depends on your interests , passion and capability.

Everyone has its own interest irrespective of the percentage you got in 10th standards.

If you have interest in science and you think you will be to do it you should take it. If you think buisness and commerce is your interest you should opt for commerce. Other interest fields like history design cover art and humanities.

It also depends on what you aspire to do or become after 12th , you should make a list of all the career options according to your interests that suits the best and enquire about the eligibility criteria. It will help you to decide the stream.

As far as college is considered , it depends on subject you choose. After you finalize a subject you must check the best college fitting in it and if it's cutoff allows you to take admission well and good otherwise don't lose hope , you will get the finest college , keep trying.
