JEE MAINS just needs to see your 12th score irrespective of your percentage as there is no minimum requirement for the same. Certainly, there is no age limit for appearing for JEE MAINS/ ADVANCED.
Eligibility criteria of JEE MAINS is you just need to pass your 12th board exam or equivalent for appearing in JEE (M+ A).
