Yes, you can give Improvement Exam for 12th. If you belong to CBSE Board, then you have to give NIOS exam for 12th and then you'll get your new Marksheet of 12th.

Well, talking about NEET 2023, you have to prepare very hard to Crack this Competitive Exam. Consistency and Practice is the key to crack NEET . I would like to suggest you, that it will be better if you don't appear for class 12th re-examination because it will hamper your NEET preparation. As you've already scored 68% in your 12th Board, you're eligible for NEET since minimum required percentage is 60% .
