As per the score you're mentioning you'll get a rank somewhere between 11000-13000. So if you fall in SC category then you definitely have chances to get into NLUs Shimla and Jabalpur. They require a rank of below 12000 (approx.) for SC category. So if you have a rank between the above mentioned range then you have a chance.  Have your hopes high since you've a decent score.
