I got 68,000 obc category rank (not AIR) in jee main. Which all colleges should I give for counselling.

I would like to tell you that based on your rank in obc category and no of seat through which counselling done by jossa, I feel sorry to inform you that your chances of getting a college in general round is very less but even then I would like to tell you must participate in the counselling procedure particularly in special round.
