I got 68000crl rank and 18000 in obc can i get any college with computer engineering and electrical engineering???

Computer science seems difficult in the NITs and government colleges, but you may try some private engineering colleges which gives admission on the basis of the JEE main examination.
However electrical engineering might be possible in some good colleges.
