As you have secured 68k rank in ts eamcet so let me tell you that as you are aiming to go for the pharmacy stream it would be difficult for you to get into top colleges but you have chances for lower cut off colleges through ts eamcet.
You can hope to get through cmr college of pharmacy, St Marys College of Pharmacy, Secunderabad and many more.
Although various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.
