I got 68.1119170 in jee mains 2019April session. Am I eligible to apply for jee advanced? I belong to general category.

No, your score is way too low to clear cutoffs, considering the fact that you belong to the general category. The cut off for general is supposed to be more than 85 percentile this year, and you have fallen a little short of that.
Anyway, you have a good score, do apply to private institutions which will take you in.
