I got 6847 rank in comedk I got ECE branch in NIE ,If my ranking was 800 less then I would have got ISE,can I at least get in round 2 ,help

I can provide you the COMEDK 2018 cutoff ranks of NIE, Mysore for General Category candidates , so you can get a better idea.
In 2018, after Round 2-
Cutoff Rank (CSE)- 5,673
Cutoff Rank (ECE)- 10,151
Cutoff Rank (ISE)- 8,961
Cutoff Rank (Mechanical)- 17,334
Yes, you can get ISE in the second round.

The rank swing from the last couple of years has been between 700 and 1,000.
