If you manage to qualify JEE Main Cutoff, You would be eligible for JEE Advance which is the intake exam for IITs as mentioned above.

For Josaa Counselling there is no Jee Main cutoff (It is for Jee Advanced). If you have appeared for JEE Main then you can participate in Josaa Counselling.
