Hi Karan,
The admission process has already started. I hope you have registered for the same. As of now, 2 rounds have been carried out for pharmacy admissions.
Considering your percentile in CET, it looks difficult to get Government college. It would be better that you first go through cutoffs of government colleges and if you find that you can't get one, then go for private college cutoffs.
You can look for cutoffs of the previous years as well as of the first two rounds of this year at the following site,
https://ph2019.mahacet.org/StaticPages/HomePage.aspx?did=475
Make sure you look for proper cutoffs according to Quota (General-G, Ladies-L, State-S, etc), category (Open, OBC, SC, ST, etc) and also based on home or other universities.
If you have been allotted a college in the first two rounds then it is great otherwise, you can wait for the seat matrix available for the third round and look for your chances of getting this college.
All the Best!!
Mostly top govenment colleges for b pharmacy have higher cut offs , but you have a chance of getting a government college , if not one of the top government colleges then you can get a decent government college for b pharmacy . I would advise to use the college predictor , so it will give you an overall idea about whether you will get admission in government college or not for b pharmacy
