Yes, you can get admission as the minimum eligibility is a 12th standard pass with 50% or more in any stream. A good score or qualified status in design courses entrance exams like NIFT, UCEED or NID or even NATA is required.

Eligibility norm - The prospect must be a resident of India. A qualified status in 10+2 Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination or acknowledged as comparable examinations with any stream. A credible NATA score or UCEED or NID or NIFT or KS-DAT ( Kerala state govt examination) is mandatory.

UCEED exam - Undergraduate Common Entrance Examination for Design (UCEED) is a design entrance exam administered by IIT Bombay to furnish admission to the candidates for B.Des admission in IIT Bombay, Delhi, Guwahati, Hyderabad, and IIITDM Jabalpur. UCEED exam is administered at the national level once a year in 24 cities throughout the country. UCEED comprises two parts - part A and part B. UCEED part A is a computer-based mode test, whereas part B will be held in pen and paper mode. The total duration of the UCEED 2023 exam is three hours.

NIFT - National Institute of Fashion Technology entrance exam generally recognized as the NIFT entrance exam is administered at a national level to furnish aspirants for admission in design programmes i.e. - Bachelor of Design ( B.Des ), Bachelor of Fashion Technology (BFTech), Master of Design ( M.Des ), Master of Fashion Management (MFM), and Master of Fashion Technology (MFTech).
