Hello,
To be eligible for JOSAA counseling, you must have qualified in JEE Mains by coring higher than the minimum cutoff marks for your respective category.
Please visit this link for JEE Mains 2020 cutoff
If you have not qualified in JEE Mains, hen you are not eligible fo JOSAA counseling and also for admission into NITs IIITs and GFTIs.
Also, Candidates must have qualified Class 12th or equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of either Chemistry/Biology/Biotechnology/Technical Vocational Subject as optional subject

Hello, you can apply for Jossa counseling since, there is no cutoff for applying for counseling.
Cutoff is for giving Jee advance exam.
You should apply for Jossa counseling and then for Csab counseling which takes place after Jossa counseling.
