You have not mentioned the Category you belongs to, so I'm considering it as General Category. If you belong to General Category then you cannot get full fees reimbursement and you can get only partial fees reimbursement and that too if your parents are not Government employees and if their income is less than Rs. 2 Lakhs per annum.

Cutoffs varies from year to year, so it is difficult to predict.
