I got 70 in 12 board last year, I am giving improvement in 3 subjects .can I be eligible for NITs ,IIITs if I got more than 75%

Yes definitely, you will become eligible for admission in NITs or IIITs or IITs if your overall aggregate percentage becomes more than or equal to 75% in class 12th after improvement exam.
