Taking a drop is a huge step which must be taken if you are actually sure of your calling. Very often, people drop the year because of external pressure which generally comes from within the family and consequently, instead of focusing on studies people lose interest. Be that as it may,now let's get back to you.
See,you tried to prepare for NEET but you don't want to be a doctor. That is okay,it's good you know what you don't have to do. But you need to be sure of what drives your interest. There are plenty of options for a Biology student other than NEET which are worth exploring. You may go for B.Sc courses or even paramedical courses. You may switch to new streams like BBA,BCA,CLAT or Humanities courses. Since you are intrested in learning languages you can go for Bachelor's in different Foreign courses or Diploma in Foreign courses which you can study simultaneously with any other Bachelor course.
Hope this helps.
Good luck.
