To be eligible for mbbs you must get at least neet qualifying cut off marks

Now,

Qualifying cut off marks has not been released yet, for the same we need to wait for neet results.

It is difficult to predict because cut off  depends upon various factors like

------------) kind of marks obtained by them ,

------------)  toughness level of the neet examination

------------)  number of seats available

------------) the category you are from etc

But yes,

Neet 2021 qualifying cutoff  for different categories is : -

From above,

You can see in neet 2021 , for st category at least 108 marks was required to qualify neet.

So, with 70 marks, honesty speaking you have no chances of qualifying Neet 2022 examination and thus you can't be eligible for MBBS
