You can't get seat in IIT at 70 marks.

You should have minimum 100 to 110 marks then you get seat in IIT. . In lower IIT.

In JEE Advanced, candidates need to clear sectional as well as overall cutoff. Previous year, it was min 5% in each subject. This year, the cutoff hasn't announced yet. In order to get a seat into IITs , one must have atleast 20-30 marks more than cutoff. This year, the expected cutoff would be 90-92. This is an predicted cutoff and the actual cutoff may vary.

So it looks a difficult to get into IIT with 70 marks. Although , the cutoff depends on paper difficulty and other students performance.
