I got 70 Marks in Mht-cet 2019 But I got only 23.49 percentile How ? If it's wrong How can I raise a Objection?

I had got around 70 marks in mhtcet 2019 for PCM but I had only got 17.... Percentile
But Why ??
MHT CET has brought a new rule of percentile in its system. This percentile is based on your batch and, therefore, you are experiencing a great difference in it.
However, it is totally a new system and the government will soon release an update regarding the implementation of this percentile for getting college.
So, do not worry as you have got more marks than your friend which states that you have a better chance of getting into college.
