Dear Tejasree,
It will be very difficult to say that what will be the cutoff of JEE Main 2021 and also out of total four sessions, only two sessions have been held yet. Hence, it will be very early to say confidently that you will be eligible for JEE Advanced i.e you will be qualified in JEE Main or not.
But if can get some by observation of previous years cutoff of JEE Main and can get some ideas.
Below I am enlisting the cutoff of JEE Main for OBC category in last few previous years.
Year Cutoff
2020 72.8887969
2019 74.3166557
Now as you can see, according to last year(2020) cutoff trend, it seem like you are being little short of percentiles when compared to previous years cutoff. But still you have some chances that you will be qualifies this year. I will suggest you to prepare well for the remaining two attempts, and try to get 95+ percentile.
You can check the cutoff in detail by going through the link below.

Hello student cut off vary every year on various factors like level of questions in the examination number of seats offered and total number of aspirants.
As per previous year records it's little tough for you to eligible to appear in Jee advance as you've secured 70 percentile and you're from OBC category.
Last year for OBC category the cut off was 72.8887969.
But if the cut off decrease this year then you will be eligible to appear in Jee advance.

*kind of marks obtained by them ,
*toughness level of the jee main examination for different shift etc.
But yes,
As per previous year trend. JEE mains 2021 expected qualifying CUT OFF percentile to be eligible for JEE advanced is given below for different categories :-

From above it is clear that, last year qualifying cut off for obc category was 72.8887969 and expected jee main 2021 cut off for obc is 70 - 75 percentile . So with 70 percentile, you hold a little low chance to qualify JEE main 2021 to be eligible for JEE advanced examination
So, I would suggest you focus on your preparation for remaining sessions of jee main so that you can improve your score , go through chapters , practise questions and then revise them, go through mock test paper sample papers and previous year question papers as it will let you know your preparation level and and weak areas so that you can work on them and perform well in your examination. To help you in your application you can use our jee main knockout for which link is provided below
