It's quite difficult to judge that with 70%ile which college you can get. But as per the previous year cutoffs if your rank is coming within 3-3.5 lakhs with 70%ile then you have chances of getting a government college, but you will get some lower branches like production, biotechnology etc. Try filling you respective state counseling for btech college,  may be in that you can get a good branch at any government college.
