Sorry to say Jateen there is no chance to get top colleges because for general category top comes under 95% percentile in jee. But don't be depressed you have a lot of option like you can opt some private colleges which are better than some top college as my personal experience LPU is better than some govt colleges that mean some private college is better than govt college. Explore other option and choose wisely.
